Bulgarian Properties

After much deliberation and financial evaluation, I dipped my toe into the prospect of purchasing a holiday home in Bulgaria. I've been to the country many times over the course of the past few years, and have really seen a big growth in tourism and holiday appeal. I've wanted to own my own villa for some time now, but have only just believed it to be financially viable for me.

I began looking on the Internet for an appropriate company, and came across The Vines quite quickly. They're a branch of McAlpine Homes, who were offering some really great-looking brand new Bulgarian properties. I was only planning on using the villa for myself along with a friend or two for holidays, so I checked out their range of two bedroom Bulgarian villas.

I found a cracking property at a great location in the heart of the Bourgas countryside. It really didn't take me long to make the decision to go for it and arrange to get out there and see it with my own eyes. The villa was beautiful; very new and contemporary-looking. I was sold immediately and began the paperwork almost instantaneously.

The sale is about to go through officially and I couldn't be more excited.
