After a year-long period of rapid expansion and a huge increase in staff numbers, I came to the conclusion that I should really cover myself, and my team in terms of legality and benefits.
After a quick Google search, I came across a company called Porter HR Business Partners, who seemed to offer the kind of business solutions I was looking for.
After our initial meeting where I thoroughly explained the business, and the level I wished to get to, a business plan was presented to me outlining what Porter could do for me. Their proposal had my specific needs at its forefront, and they expressed their strategy of working alongside my staff and I to achieve a greater working efficiency.
I am now fully aware of, and in accordance to all employment law and legislation, acting responsibly to offer my staff the best possible care and conditions, and I have even seen a reduction of costs and improvement in profit margins.
Porter have done a fantastic job, alongside my staff, to ensure a bright and profitable future for the business.
